Shipping Policy

IMPORTANT - Fragrances Must Travel by Road Transport Only:

We ship within Australia only. It is against Australian Aviation Law to send fragrances via air due to its classification as ‘Dangerous Goods’ – with extreme penalties for doing so. We will NOT be able to send any order via Express Post; all orders will be sent via Road Transport only.

Handling Details:

All parcels are usually dispatched same day or next business day of receiving cleared payments (excludes weekends and public holidays). Expected post time may vary and is based on seller's order cut-off time.

We use Australia Post or Fastway Courier services to dispatch your order whichever is the fastest and safest possible alternative to deliver. Generally, all our orders are dispatched with a Tracking Number for a peace of mind delivery.

Important: In an instance if a parcel is not received within maximum of 12 business days from the date of dispatch, Buyer must contact us immediately via email.

Delivery Details:

Generally, parcels are delivered within 2-6 business days and usually the closer you are located to us, the quicker you will receive your parcel. However, we do not have any control over third party courier service or Australia post. Please note, during peak season delivery time may vary and take longer.

General transit guidelines: (From the dispatch date – excluding weekends and public holidays)

  • Sydney metro – 1-3 business days
  • NSW Others – 2-4 business days
  • Canberra (ACT), Brisbane (QLD), Melbourne (VIC) and Adelaide (SA) – 3-5 business days
  • Perth (WA), Darwin (NT), Tasmania (TAS) and other regional areas – 5-12 business days.

Incorrect / Undeliverable Address / Fail to Collect Parcel:

Please check your shipping address is correct and up to date before placing an order. We are not responsible for any incorrect or undeliverable address. If parcel returns to sender due to incorrect or undeliverable address or fail to collect the parcel, the buyer is responsible for return postage charges.

Signature on Delivery / Accepting the parcel:

All our parcels are shipped with tracking number and require signature on delivery. Please make sure that someone is there to collect the parcel on delivery at provided address. In the case, you are working full time, perhaps it would be wiser to use your working address as your shipping address so you would be able to sign it. 

Important: Please have visual inspect of a package for any damage, breakage or leakage before signing the delivery receipt. By accepting the package / delivery indicates you have visually inspected the delivered package and accept the condition of the package(s). i.e., you have received the parcel in good conditions.

Authority to Leave / Safe Drop:

Please note that if you choose this option, we cannot assist you if your parcel goes lost or damaged.
