If you are not happy with your purchase, we are pleased to offer you a refund or an exchange with the following conditions:
- All items must be in 100% re-sellable condition i.e. item has not been opened, used, worn, sprayed or damaged.
- All returns must first be authorized for return by us.
- All items must be return within 30 days after the buyer receives it.
- The buyer is responsible for return postage costs unless you were shipped a different item than you order or mistake made by seller.
Important: We are unable to process refund or exchange until we receive returned item in perfect condition. We recommend sending all returns via registered post using secure packing materials (e.g. Bubble wrap) and strongly advise that you obtain proof of postage receipt. We will take NO responsibility for damaged or lost item during return. A restocking fee of $9.95 will be charged on all return items.
Please note we do not refund or exchange based on personal fragrance taste and fragrance strength / long-lastingness of smell, as it may vary from person to person and affected by different factors like skin types, nose sensitivity, perfume concentration, surrounding atmosphere, etc.
